Human hairs become frizzy in humid weather as a reaction to high level of hydrogen. When hydrogen bonds form between proteins and water molecules in the hair,it becomes curly and frizzy. As the hair absorbs moisture from humidity in the air,the outer cellular layer of hair is disrupted and the shape of hair is temporarily changed.
