🔴Countable nouns are things we can count – for example, cats: 🔵الأسماء المعدوده هي الأشياء التي نستطيع عدها -مثال، القطط:
🔹My brother has a cat.
🔸عند أخي قطه .
🔹My uncle has two cats.
🔸عند خالي قطتين .
🔹My friend has three cats.
🔸صديقي لديه ثلاث قطط.
🔘Other examples of countable nouns: ⚪️امثله أخرى للأسماء المعدوده
🔹Things - book, table, computer, banana, shirt, television, house.
🔸أشياء - كتاب ،طاوله ،كمبيوتر ،موز،قميص،تلفاز،بيت .
🔹People - man, woman, child, friend, sister, uncle, teacher, boss.
🔸ناس- رجل،إمرأه ،طفل، صديق ،أخت،عم أو خال ،مدرس،رئيس .
🔴Uncountable nouns are words that we can’t count, or can’t divide into separate parts: 🔵الاسماء الغير معدوده هي كلمات لا تستطيع جمعها وعدها أو تقسيمها الى أجزاء منفصله :
🔹Liquids and some foods - water, butter, rice, flour, milk
🔸السوائل وبعض الأطعمه - ماء ، زبده ، ارز . دقيق ، حليب
🔹Ideas and concepts - love, fun, work, money, peace, safety
🔸الأفكار والمفاهيم - الحب ، المرح ، العمل ، المال ،السلام ، الأمان .
🔹Information - advice, information, news, knowledge
🔸المعلومات - نصيحه ،معلومه ،اخبار ،علم
🔹Categories - music, furniture, equipment, jewelry, meat
🔸التصنيفات _ موسيقى ،أجهزه ،مجوهرات ، لحوم
🔴Countable معدود 🔵Uncountable غير معدود
🔹dollar / dollars دولار/ دولارات 🔸 money أموال
🔹song / songs أغنيه / أغاني 🔸 music موسيقى
🔹table / tables طاوله /طاولات 🔸 furniture أثاث
🔹bottle / bottles زجاجه / زجاجات 🔸 juice , water عصير / ماء
🔹report / reports تقرير / تقارير 🔸 information معلومات
🔹job / jobs وظيفه / وظائف 🔸 work عمل
🍂Don’t add -s to make uncountable nouns plural:
🍃لانضيف s الجمع للأشياء الغير معدوده لنجعلها جمعا
❌ I need some informations about the course.
✅ I need some information about the course.
🌼You can use other words to help quantify uncountable nouns:
🌸تستطيع استعمال بعض الكلمات مع الاشياء الغير معدوده لتساعدنا في تحديد كميتها وعدها
🔺Ex: bottles of زجاجات من , boxes of صناديق / علب من ،
pieces of قطع/ أجزاء من .
🔺She bought three bottles of juice and five boxes of rice.
🔺هي اشترت ثلاث زجاجات من العصير وخمس صناديق من الرز .
🔺He gave me two pieces of advice: eat less and exercise more.
🔺هو أعطاني نصيحتين : كل أقل ، وتمرن اكثر .
